I give this place 1 star. All because the lady that picked up the phone didn't gibe me a straight answer to my question. My question was do you guys do free estimates? All she replied with was a we'll see we'll get back to you. Well no one got back to me at at all. She wasn't the worst nor the most knowledgeable when it came to customer service she could've done a little better. Either with a simple answer such as yes we do free estimates what's your name and phone number so we can call you back. Or yes we do estimates but they cost $50 dollars and if you go with us we refund the 50 dollars back

I had a fairly intense infestation of Argentine ants, and was lucky enough to catch Dominic at a time when he could come within the hour. He and his crew were upfront about the cost and highly knowledgeable about proper treatment. Trails of ants indoors stopped almost immediately, and I only found a few stragglers over the next couple days. It is 4 days later, and the ants seem to be completely gone, with no need for the complimentary follow-up. Highly recommended service!

Dominic is a true gem and it was such a pleasure to work with him. His team at First Select Pest Control is professional, responsive and expertly worked within my narrow time frame. He efficiently and adeptly diagnosed and addressed my particular pest issue and also provided valuable and honest pest mitigation recommendations moving forward. This is an Excellent Company. They came out to inspect my home for Rodents. Found droppings, Proofed the openings where they (rats) were entering underneath the house. They set traps and returned each week. They caught 3 or 4.
We No longer hear the naming, noises and movement under the house. Dominic and Mike are very Professional, knowledgeable, kind. Will call them again if needed. I hope I don’t need them though! (lol)

They are passionate about their work and dedicated to helping the client. It's a local, family run business owned by Dominic, who is personable, reassuring and responsive. Nancy works in the office and is friendly, easy to reach, quickly answers questions, always notified me of appointment schedules.

My flatmate had bed bugs and this company treated my flatmate’s room. The problem was not solved initially, but Dominic went out of his way to offer us next round of treatments for the unit. I like how customer centric is this company and really appreciate that Dominic personally cares about the outcome and customer satisfaction.

Dominic is rare. Usually I'm let down and skeptical of companies with all 5 star glowing reviews, but he deserves every single one of them. He was transparent, kind, and generous with his time.
We've been having a mouse issue in our rental, so I called Dominic last week. He was extremely nice, was clear about what he was able to do as well as his fee structure. ($140 initial estimate, which goes towards the final amount.) My husband set up an appointment with him for today. He gave a pretty decent time estimate for when he would arrive. First thing that I have to say about Dominic is how charismatic he is, what a personality!
We were having an issue with roaches and he agreed with the land lord to come over and check out the situation.
When he got here the was a freak gathering of crows... they were creating a mighty racket! He somehow managed to quiet them down with a few crows of his own... amazing!
I had a couple samples of the bugs, which he was over the moon about! Apparently it's a new un-classified roach!
He was very straight forward and honest, there was really nothing he could really do. He gave us some sticky baits
