Written Communication were always in all capitals and was unable to keep up with requests for quotes. Never attempted to come out to make measurements and I had to provide measurements. Communicated via phone, email, and text and each time he forgot where we left off and asked who I was. I had three contractors come out and effectively and efficiently provided a quote.
