My wifes ford escape wouldn't start so i towed it to their shop they said ok we'll look at it tomorrow so they check it out the next day they say idk it started for us this morning but we'll look it over so i call at noon to see what they found out the guy says we did a dye test on it it looks like your head gasket is out but we dont knw why it wouldn't start for u yesterday, well i had spoke with my father in law prior to talking to them at noon he said he was there when they did the dye test and he said it never changed color so the head gasket isn't the problem but yet the "experts" at the shop

Gross Ford in Spencer is a small town business that won’t *steer* you wrong. I was stranded with a tire that was losing air and they sent a mechanic out to meet me, diagnosed the problem in the driveway, got me into the shop that day…and had me on my way in no time *flat*. Seriously, they are the best.

Just the other day my water pump went out while traveling through Spencer. I called Jensen motors to ask if they would be able to take a look. The Lady at the front desk was quick to say they would take care of me. I can't say I could have been more impressed, they ordered parts and had me back on the road in no time! Thanks for the great customer service!
