For starters, after we met the owner and he did our estimate, the burden of communication was on me: I had to contact them to make sure we made it on the schedule (never given a specific day) and had to contact them THREE TIMES before I knew they were coming over. The one call I did get was at 9 PM (which is just too freaking late for my taste).
To make things worse, I was under-quoted on my estimate (despite being told many times "I over-quote on all my estimates") and the owner kept telling us "Yes, we can do that" when he actually meant, "No, we don't and can't do that." We asked if they dug
