Terrible service from Lori Ferris. She promises and NEVER delivers on time. But she will always email you for your HOA payment. Regretting having to deal with her since we have bought a new townhome. You are not a priority to moser group once you pay them for the house so DO NOT pay your down payment until everything is fixed. Or you will be waiting months like us and our neighbors.
UPDATE it is July 29, Ed Moser (supposed owner of the Moser group) still has not reached out to me after 29 days of waiting. Hoping to hear from Moser soon.
