I have been using USA Carpet Cleaning for many years. I did not have them come last year due to Covid so understandably my carpets were quite dirty,the same can be said for the floor tiles In my kitchen and entryway. Robert arrived on time as usual and did an excellent job of removing the accumulated grime on the tiles and carpets especially the stairs. I highly recommend them!

"THE BEST!" I googled a professional carpet cleaner and took a chance on USA Carpet after my dog threw up on a new light colored area rug. I thought for sure that the rug was ruined but wanted to try to save it. I called and got a very friendly girl on the phone that took the information and gave me an appointment first thing the next morning. The guys arrived on time, cleaned my carpet and told me to call if the stain was still there after it dried. Unfortunately it still was. The owner was so nice and sent one of his guys back two more times to treat the stain. The stain is now

I have used several different carpet cleaning services in the past and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of my carpets today! Robert, the owner and his crew even removed stains that have been there for years and 'cleaned' by other companies. I had stains that were just under my heavy dresser and he looked to see if it could get moved back just a bit...his worker was able to move it back so they could get the machine in and take those old stains out! USA carpet cleaning could not make it any easier to have and take care of rugs. I'm pretty sure they've even come into my house to roll them up and take them while I wasn't home. I trust them a thousand percent and I'm grateful for the manner in which they go out of their way for their customers. Then to come home and find your rugs beautifully done at a fair price is such a gift.

This company and their hard workers are incredible! They've been working on my parents upholstery and carpeting and I finally got the opportunity to have them clean my rugs and couches and the difference was so noticeable it was amazing and also kind of horrifying they were able to get so much dirt out of all the fabrics. I have a dog and my husband and I are outdoor people so we tend to bring some dirt into the house and they not only made our furniture look (and smell!) brand new again, they were also the kindest and most professional team. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend using USA Carpet Cleaning the next time you need steam cleaning done in your home. Robert called me back within minutes and gave me an estimate over the phone. He and his assistant arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They explained what they would be doing and the products they would be using. There were no harsh chemicals used and my house was put back in order after everything was finished. If you are looking for efficient, friendly and thorough cleaning please call USA Carpet Cleaners. I am very late with this review. We have used USA since the 80s...yes that late! Same family run business, just with grown up children!
Only company we ever used and still the only one we would want to use after today's service. Must be two dozen visits over that span!
Whether it is our carpeted basement, stairs and hall, or our couch, loveseat and chair, we can count on an A+ job each time.
They are punctual, professional and personable - all the things we desire in a service company.
No harsh chemicals, no mess, just a bit of drying time and you are back in business! Bravo!

As a medical professional working in Manhattan, I was called by my wife this week that we had water damage to our rugs during a rainstorm. Robert and Oscar came immediately and took control of the situation. They rolled up the carpets, placed fans for three days and returned today to shampoo the rugs. I would give ten stars if possible. Robert is a true professional.

What a great job! Mike and his team have now cleaned our carpets on two different occasions and both times they came out sparkling clean and looking brand new. That's no small achievement considering my loving family keeps walking inside with muddy shoes - not to mention our dog! They cleaned hallways, living room, stairs, bedrooms quickly, thoroughly and for a good price.

Exceptional experience! Superb communication and very fair prices. As a military family we have worked with a range of household service providers. USA Carpet Cleaning is among the finest.
