Services
FRAMELESS also known as "European" or "Euro" style, is constructed without a face frame. This style maintains a small 1/8 gap between all doors and drawers, virtually covering the cabinet box and giving the Frameless style a clean, contemporary look. Knobs are required for base cabinets and are optional for upper cabinets.
We don't paint our cabinets, we do one better. What looks like paint is actually a clear catalyzed varnish professionally tinted to match any fan deck color from Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams. This opens the door to literally thousands of color choices. This catalyzed varnish process represents the best and most durable color quality you'll find anywhere.
Your hardwood cabinetry is a product of nature. How wood looks and feels is affected by climate, soil nutrients, growing season, season of harvest and age at harvest. Every piece of wood, even from the same tree, carries slightly different color, texture, and grain. The natural variations and imperfections add to the wood's appeal and character.
Over the past few years, high-gloss acrylic cabinets have become very popular due to their dramatic visual appeal. High gloss cabinets are a great fit for contemporary style kitchens. They provide a mirror-like reflective finish and stand up quite well to potential cracks, chips, or stains. Furthermore, light reflects off the surface of the cabinet doors, giving the illusion that a space is bigger than it is.

Poor quality products and terrible customer service. The bottoms of our kitchen cabinets were coming apart after three years! The manager blamed it on our housecleaners. According to him, they must be throwing BUCKETS of water on them, letting the water drip down and not drying them. I can attest this is not the case. Why would it be? Wouldn't negotiate on any point. DO NOT give them your business!

I never write reviews but feel compelled to do so here because the cost of the product is so high and there are other options in the marketplace. We have had a very unpleasant experience with this company during the entire process. It started when we drove from San Francisco during the work day to visit their showroom. The sales contact was late and we had to uncomfortably and repeatedly ask him to show us options. He seemed more annoyed that we were engaging with his company than wanting to sell us their product.

Have used them for several items Kitchen and Bath remodels. They are getting worse and worse. They last a customer focus and are unclear. They make lots of statements and promises but do not live up to them. I have done lots of remodels on my home. There are better less painful options. Don't buy into the sales team they are not connected to manufacturing nor installation. You will not be happy you spent lots of money and received poor products.

We've spent over $30k on Precision Cabinets. After only four years, all of our drawer cabinets bottoms started separating. Upon close inspection, we noticed that it's simply stapled on. After several months of going back and forth, Precision Cabinets denied our warranty claim. They either need to stand by their work or make better cabinets. I've had Ikea drawers that were better designed and built.

Silvy was great! He came to my place on time, wore a face mask and shoe covers, carried tools and materials in his arms and he was READY to work. He listened to me patiently about all the issues and fixed them with a smile. Now my cabinets are BEAUTIFUL as they should be. It's obvious that Silvy loves his job and his customers, great services with a great attitude.

Really challenging to work with. I have had my kitchen and several bathroom cabinets ordered, installed over the last several years. Poor ordering experience with months of delay and lack of coordination internally. Very difficult to see how this business survives as they CLEARLY DO NOT focus on the customer experience. Lets to comment on but I'll keep this short. Consider other options.

We recently used Precision Cabinets for our kitchen remodel. Bob Scheid was our designer and he was fantastic. He really helped with the design and the options we needed. The quality of the cabinets is fantastic. The finish is beautiful and the functionality of the doors and drawers is perfect. I highly recommend Precision Cabinets.

Thank you for responding. I completely understand your required business model and having to keep profitable during hard times 100% as I run a local business as well. I love to support family businesses in the area that turnout quality workmanship for a bit more cost vs big box garbage. The main point of my 1 star review was due to being immediately snubbed by 2 employees like I was low rent trash, not worth their time and was told to go to Granite Expo or "big box" stores instead. First off, we have no problem with the finished cabinets. They look beautiful. It's the customer service of Precision Cabinets which is horrendous. We bought a new home in Trilogy and spent $88,000 in new cabinets throughout the home. A piece around the refrigerator did not conform to it, and I called them on it. It's a relatively small job. The person at PC said "we don't do jobs under $5,000". Huh? I asked them if they do business with a contractor who'll do it, and they gave me a name. This review only speaks to customer service with our initial consultation and estimate. Ed B. is a first class act. He really took the time to share all his knowledge (he has decades of it) and answer over a hundred questions we had for a full scale home remodel. He was super kind, responsive, and transparent. The showroom, I must say, is really helpful for a visual person like me. In the end, the company didn't end up being the right fit for our budget against another option-- prices are surely premium. That said, if it were a fit, I know I'd really enjoy working with him every step

We are very pleased with our cabinetry. Both design and quality of work was 5 star. Yes a few challenges. We know in the construction/remodeling world there are going to be challenges. It’s how the challenges are addressed that make the difference. Precision has address all our questions and concerns to our satisfaction. 2 months after completion we had a question about a drawer slider. No questions asked they sent a technician out and replaced the slider. 😁

Precision Cabinets lacks precision! I decided to go with Precision Cabinets because they were made locally and seemed to have a high quality product. When the cabinets were delivered they reeked of saw dust. Seems the cabinets are not dusted off before delivery and brought into peoples homes. I have severe allergies, and now I cannot go into my kitchen without wearing a mask. After the install I vacuumed several times, wiped down every cabinet surface I could reach - inside and out, and still, the saw dust lingers in the air. I hope that fades with time. Had the worst experience. They hire great sales people and have a really great showroom. This puts a facade that they sell premium products and can hence demand premium prices. Nick, on their team, is an experienced salesman; no doubt. The prices are higher than other cabinet shops around, which makes you believe that you will get an awesome product.
But once you sign the contract, the product is subpar and crap. Had so many issues with installation, product, and coloring. Every issue first answer is "not a big deal". Until you start yelling and screaming. It's trying to get milk

The Precision Cabinets team did an outstanding job from start to finish.
Ed Bertlow's design was superb. We thought at one time that perhaps we should hire an architect to assist us. This was not needed given Ed's skills and experience. He anticipated everything. And with the angles in our kitchen, this was not a standard job.

About 6 years ago, I used Precision for my kitchen. Then they did a beautiful job and it was amazing to have such a great product carved to the specs my kitchen required. And no extra cost to have 30" cabinet or 32" instead of the basic 24".
So in my new house, I went back to Precision. Tim Serrano once more was there for us. He made great suggestions. We listened. Then we went in the direction we wanted and, with his assistance, our new kitchen, again, became just fantastic.
