From the very first day of my rental to the very last, the front office has been wonderful. Courteous and respectful they helped me to orchestrate every part of my storage experience from initial move-in to truck rental and move out. Prices seemed fair. The front desk crew at stor-it has impressed both my husband and myself with their professionalism and courteous attitude. We were in need of several climate controlled units for an unknown period of time. An employee of one of their non climate controlled facilities directed me to their Boise location and I was able to line up what we needed. When… I needed to grab another unit they contacted me immediately when my name came up on the waiting list. The facility is clean and seems well managed. One of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in Idaho. A special shoutout to Cole

The guy at the facility in Caldwell is dumber then a box of rocks. Went to move our boat from Caldwell to new location in Nampa. He couldn't just get the information from the lease we currently have, had to get my husbands ID again, he took a picture not sure what happened to the first one. In general just doesn't have a clue.
