Tim was great to work with. Went over every detail and was easy to work with. Him and his crew made quick work reshingling our roof before solar panels were installed. Materials and dumpsters showed up one day, Tim and his crew the next, final cleanup the day after. Quick, efficient and clean.

I can’t say enough good things about Tim and Scott. They spent nearly 4 months in our home doing a huge remodel. It was difficult to live through, but it was doable because of them. I had a vision in my head, and they delivered to reality. We couldn’t be happier. As always, there were bumps along the way, but Great skill and problem solving got the job done, no cutting corners, just pushing thru and figuring it out. We are forever greatful for everything! Tim is very detailed oriented, and will ensure all your home improvement needs are understood and taken care of accordingly. We were not able to walk him through all the little details we needed addressed, but he was very thorough and took the initiative to ensure all little repairs were done without us having to tell him. Tim was referred by a friend for a chimney/roof repair. While discussing the roof repair, I had him quote replacing a skylight as well. Tim quickly provided a quote for both jobs and was reasonably priced. He quickly got my repair scheduled and was done in a half a day and left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. I would recommend using McNemara Contracting for all your home repairs.

Tim McNamara is one of the best finds we have ever hired as a licensed reasonably priced contractor and anything you need person.
He literally studied our third floor apartment that had slanted walls, small space and created the perfect shower that fits. He removed old tub and built a tiled shower in a space everyone else had claimed no way to do in limited space.. He built shelves. He remodeled. He had great licensed subcontractors.
