I am in love with my new Bathroom. All thank to the professional Team of J&E Contractors. I was in hurry to get the work done as I had a deadline to move in to the house at the earliest. I contacted the contractor on Google and they were quick enough to reply and assess. So far, So good. They finished the bathroom renovation 2 days before the deadline. 100% Professional guys.

One of my friends recommended J&E contractors for my Kitchen Remodeling. I was looking for a licensed contractor who could deliver what I needed. I can't speak highly enough of Shay, Alex, and the whole team. They tackled two major projects for us: a complete basement reinvention and an entire bathroom renovation. Shay and his team executed both beautifully, within the estimated time frame, and with exceptional attention to detail. Shay even had suggestions for design, which were spot on and always appreciated. I particularly appreciated how he kept us up to date with any unforeseeable complications and even arrival and departure times. Everyone who worked here was so respectful and considerate. I feel like an idiot for not listening to the reviews. Sounds just like my experience. Something would have been broken if I hadn't been closely watching to step in. I have construction experience and this is shoddy work, but they took advantage of the situation. Disorganized and difficult to work with. Escalating costs and schedule. Would never recommend except to my worst enemies.

My husband and I have had more than one positive experience using J&E Modern Construction. This most recent time dealt with water damage between our old, leaky bathroom radiator and the bathroom ceiling in the apartment below ours.
Because my husband and I were both hiding out in a different location from COVID, we were unable to be at our apartment for the needed repair work. J&E's estimator and work crew were kind enough to take pictures of their work before, during, and after the repair process. J&E responded to a corroded pipe that was causing a leak in the apartment above ours. While repairing the drywall they elected to use the shower to fill a bucket for clean up. They wrenched the shower handle the wrong direction and broke it clean off including the fixture behind the wall. They then refused to repair the issue they had created claiming the fixture was "old" and probably going to break anyways. They left us without a shower for two days and charged us for fixing their mistake while we were in a vulnerable position without access to running water. I would never recommend

I hired them for a number of projects at my home. Replaced one deck in full and repainted another, added a new window over my front door, and considerable work on the master bath. Each project bid clearly, done within budget and done beautifully. Great attention to detail in ensuring things get done right. I will definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.
