I'm a certified technician as of 2002 by the IICRC, the organization who sets the standards for the carpet cleaning industry. I personally guarantee every job cleaned or its on me. A quote came via email, then after the job was scheduled another email came to acknowledge the appointment. So professional. He arrived at the time he said. A reminder came the day before which let me know he had not forgotten about us. Ethan is so polite and he cares about your concerns and he listens to what you want performed. VERY professional. Advised me thru text and email of date and time and provided a photo of service tech. I was able to get service within 2 days of my call. My carpet was over 15 years old and had never been cleaned. Now it looks brand new! Even where my cat gets sick. Everything is perfect and their charge was a great value for what they did, including moving furniture, vacuuming and cleaning of living room, dining room, 2 flights of stairs and 2 of my 3 bedrooms. I highly recommend this service.

Used quick dry for rental property I was moving out of and for the place I was moving into.
Simply put they did an amazing job. They do extra things to make your carpet look good that others don't. The owner Ethan is like an encyclopedia of carpet cleaning knowledge.
Also, when I was paying I mistakenly thought we agreed on a higher price, Ethan quickly corrected me that it was lower.
Use them, I am sure you will be satisfied
