This company has bad business practices as you can see from these other poor reviews. We have experienced much of the same, they don't respond to your repeated emails and phone calls and leave you hanging after you have purchased a product from them. They will be rude and negative when you need them to complete their job/contract. We ordered custom doors from them. It was in the contract for installation and now they say they " won't install them". We don't even know yet if the measurements are correct. Other reviews have said the measurements were wrong when it comes to install. We are not carpenter

Called and set up an appt for a quote. Had a man come out and measure all of our 4 windows and slider. They charge for someone to come out and measure. I think it was $40-$50. Tried calling 5 times, leaving a message for Rudy who never called back. Ever. So they basically took my fee with no intention of doing business with me. My neighbor also got work done from them recently and they installed her screen wrong and still have yet to come fix it for her. (it's been almost a year after installation). This company does very bad business and I would recommend taking your money elsewhere!

Rudy from your company is rude and told me that he had bigger fish to fry and that my $20,000 quote didn't mean anything. He emailed me to tell me cost was going up June 1st and when I tried to call or email him back he never responded and 3 weeks later said he would get back to me. When I called back to tell them how rude Rudy was they told me to goto Home Depot I don't recommend shopping there.

When in search of a much needed window, I contacted Milgard directly only to be redirected to Maui windows and doors. At first I thought great another handoff......With in a few hrs of contacting Milgard I got an email from Jessika. She was able to not only give me 3 different quotes but with all the details of the types of glass and what the up charges were for the changes. Jessika also offered shipping information since I am on the Big Island and was able to complete the order over the phone unlike the local dealerships here that make you come in and swipe your card......Helloooo COVID19?! Great

Avoid Maui Windows & Doors window company. Choose another window supplier if you want people to return phone calls and emails, if you don't want the supplier to sell your custom front door you paid in full to someone else and feign ignorance, if the interior doors they said would be available in 2 months don't show for 5 months and the company's employees stop responding to your calls. When the same doors finally arrive, only 70% arrive and this company tells you after the fact, after they requested full payment, that the manufacturer is not going to deliver the rest so you're on your own to find

I purchased all my windows for my remodel from this establishment. I shopped around and they had the best price.
