Dishonest staff. My husband and I had a miscommunication and we paid $160 for one month of their smallest unit. 10 minutes later I realize this isn't the Orlando location we meant to book. (We were in a pinch for an urgent move with 2 small children) I quickly called and told them that we made a mistake and if they could refund us. If not fully, atleast partially- also because they advertise 'one free month' which didn't apply when I paid online. We paid it 10 minutes ago and we will not use it because we paid this for the wrong location. The worker assured me that that should be fine, because

This storage is the worst one I’ve used yet… when I moved out I had to throw away my furniture because of bugs. It had roaches and these white bugs I’ve never seen before(very scary). I told management about it and was told that “their other clients haven’t complained” but I can only speak for myself and this place is trash!!!

I want everybody to know if your looking for an awesome storage unit's, then look no further. I mean wow there is camera every keeping your things safe. You're safe cannot be safer if were sitting in Fort Knox. I promise you will not be disappointed it is the best storage unit in Brazos County in anywhere.

I started just before they got new owners. The new people are really friendly and they have improved a lot of things. Some as simple as how you get in and out and billing procedures. They may seem like small things, but they make my life easier and frankly, those are the type of people I like doing business with. I would highly recommend them. Clean and secure!
