Dereck is the best; very professional, very competent. Excellent experience and will go the extra mile to get the job done and resolve any pest problem for you. Most important, he will not try to sell you a treatment or program that you do not need. There is a reason that Dereck and Action Pest Control annually make the "Best In The Berkshires" list. As the proud owner of an air bnb, I have always needed to ensure that it is in tip top shape for those who come and stay. Action Pest Management has helped me do so. We had been seeing signs of mice, so I contacted Action and they came out quickly and completed a very thorough inspection. Skyler came today and checked our house for mice and whatever critters might be making noises and leaving evidence behind. He was here for a while, checking the attic (which is hard to get into) and the basement and perimeter of the house. He found and sealed points of entry and also told us something we'd never expect: We have bats. He left some bait traps in places that need them and he'll check them quarterly. He also sprayed the perimeter of the house for other pests. He was very thorough and very professional. I highly recommend Skyler. He's been with the company for a while

I found it difficult to get technician down. I usually had to be the one to call for an appointment. I never really felt that a thorough job was done. When I had an emergency, they were hesitant to take care of it. I switched to a new larger company and found them to be thorough, and felt that house was fully covered. When I had emergencies, they would take care of it right away. Also, I realized that I am paying less per year.

This company is amazing! I had had another company come first that told me there was nothing I could do because I have such an old house (1831), that there were too many cracks and holes to fill. Then Dereck came over from Action Pest Management and painstakingly for several days filled every crack and hole (he even found a hole that squirrels were coming in) and sealed the house up. He was terrific! Not only did he get rid of the bats in the attic, he also got rid of the mice, which in a country house is quite a feat. He's very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Requested carpenter ant treatment for the house explicitly requiring treatment that would not adversely affect the bees or other insects in the area. We then had the carpenter ant control treatment around our house. They used fipronil which is a known contributor to honeybee colony collapse. We are devastated as we now see no bees, butterflies or even hummingbirds in our beautiful garden, and feel terrible for having inadvertently contributed to this destruction.

This company is fantastic. I was given their number by the Williamstown Police when I called them in a panic. I had come up for the July 4th weekend and found that a raccoon had had a party in the house while it was empty. I was very scared to find the raccoon, but Dereck gave me good information on how to handle things that night and he was at the house at 8 am on July 4th. He did a thorough walkthrough with me to verify that the raccoon was no longer in the house, he did a thorough inspection on the chimney to make sure there weren't more raccoons up there and helped me understand what needed

This past summer I had a bee problem at my house. I called Action Pest Control. Their technician, Jeff Hughes, responded within an hour of my call.
