Bad customer service, that guy working in there know nothing ( the guy before him really good). Came 3 times for motorcycle and tools box keys but he always said same thing “ I CAN’T CUT IT “

I Called to place an appointment for a door lock cylinder replacement and whoever answered the call tried to put every red tape in this world to discourage me to do business with them. He even said we need city codes to change the cylinders. The same company have changed the door cylinders for me before. I hanged up the phone and called Central Locksmith and my appointment was scheduled for me in less than 5 minutes of conversation. They lost me for good!!!

Didn't seem to really want to work and help me. Store was clean . People seemed nice. But I had a lock ineeded to get key made for and they glanced at it and said I had to buy new ones cause it was rotted. I bring home shot lubricant on it and it worked fine it was better than it appeared. But they didn't take the time to check.
