Our overall experience with O'Hanlon was positive, but the final work was only satisfactory. The installer that was sent to complete our kitchen seemed rushed and lacked attention to detail. When we expressed our concerns, he spent more time trying to convince us that he was doing a good job rather than work to try and complete the job to our satisfaction. For the price we paid, we expected near perfection, and that is not what we feel we received. It took about 5 years for my wife and I to decide to remodel our kitchen. One of the reasons that we chose to go with them is that after the consultation on our old kitchen, they presented us with ideas of what we could do to improve the space. All other contractors that we met with would not do that unless we signed on with them. They also gave us the most detailed budget. There were a lot of "this could end up costing this.... or this" with other contractors but O'Hanlon's quote came in as "the most this will cost is X, hopefully it will be less". I can't say enough about the kindness, expertise, patience, warmth, and honesty of everyone who I worked with at O'Hanlon Kitchens. Tracy is an incredibly talented designer. She designed a gorgeous two tone farm house kitchen for us that completely changed our house. Melanie and Tracy are so nice, thoughtful, authentic and highly professional. O’Hanlon Kitchens just finished my kitchen remodel and I am very happy with my new kitchen. The quality of the work was excellent and the project was finished on time. I was always kept informed of the progress and work schedule. Tracy and Melanie were great with their design suggestions and incorporating my ideas into the plan and my budget. Right from the start, Tracy from O'Hanlon Kitchens had the experience to help us plan and design our kitchen renovation.
