WOW, our new siding, windows and guttering are of excellent quality and workmanship, couldn't be more pleased. Had one or two minor issues, and Charlie addressed right away. Neighbors are continuously dropping in to compliment how great our house looks!

Southern Builders was great....back in 1993 when they installed our vinyl windows.BUT SINCE then, have made SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND ATTEMPTS to have them come back to our home(NOT FAR from Knoxville at all!) Not only di they schedule and not call when they do NOT SHOW, but sometimes they just don't return our calls! My advice: pay extra to go with someone who WILL FIX leaky seals, springs, locks, etc! Bad customer service!

We had our siding and gutters replaced earlier this year in June 2019, so this review is several months post completion. Charlie won my business because of price and also because I felt he was trustworthy from the start.
After getting several quotes and making a decision, I paid my deposit to get the siding ordered. The only concern during the whole process was between then and the job starting. I would highly recommend Southern Builders if you are looking for a roofing company that takes pride in their workmanship and cares about their customer’s experience. We couldn’t be more pleased with the installation and appearance of our new roof. The care the roofing team took with our lawn, plants and shrubbery was also appreciated. We used their siding team last year to replace wood shingles on our home — and because of the great work they did at that time, we had no hesitation about using them when we needed a new roof. He was out the next day, gave me a quote, and had my new roof on by the third day. Very nice people I dealt with and the clean-up was exceptional.
