The only thing they did was bring out equipment to dry and then picked up their equipment.
The production manager was a joke! he could not be bothered with any remediation, water got underneath the carpet and wood floor buckled. He would not include this in his report so the insurance company would pay for it. I tried and tried to no avail! I would not let them clean my dogs house!

The team was extremely responsive, courteous, professional and efficient. They came within an hour of calling with a large team. I was in touch daily with the project manager and owners about the timeline for the restoration/remediation, and they were always available for questions. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend. I appreciate the customer service and job execution.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Servepro. On the first visit, the associate not only surveyed the damage from a flood, but found areas I didn't even know were affected. They removed the carpet, floor boards, and set up the fans in all of the rooms to complete the drying process within a couple of days. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism!

I have worked personally with this Servpro multiple times in greater New Orleans over the last 8-9 years. They are quick to respond and provide excellent service. Management has an eye for detail and seems to care about its customers' experience. I would recommend for anyone dealing with water damage.
