After an extensive search and hours of research I purchased a fiberglass front door from RCH Doors in October. The estimated wait time quoted was 3 to 4 weeks. During the 3rd week RCH called and scheduled installation for yesterday 11/7, as promised it was installed yesterday. I am very pleased with the whole process, very professional and stress free.
The installers were extremely hard working and excellent in their craft. The door, which is impact rated for Miami-Dade, seems to be a quality made door. We have provided our services to customers in different Florida Counties.

After my very expensive doors were installed, the handles started to discolor after a few weeks. I made contact with RCH doors and they agreed to fix the problem. After months of waiting and several follow calls and emails, they still have not corrected the problem. I would not recommend this company to my friends and family.

5 stars easy: they check all boxes for whatever criteria you are looking for in a door - 1) great designers 2) friendly salespeople who help you with your custom finishes 3) superb quality craftsmanship 4) absolute perfection on the installation 5) competitive pricing (I probably e-mailed every door company in Miami - RCH was right in the middle, cost wise).

The purchasing of their product was a challenging experience we ordered, was called to come in we saw the imperfections (not being picky by no mans) but the product was incomplete. We waited once again and approved to have installed
People came and didn't do the preventative measures as it was stated with the plastic covering from all the dust coming my halls. The door frame was mis measures also they had to get extra wood to fill in 2" gap on top.
