Vernon Plumbing Service which was owned and operated by Steve Purcell, Tyler's father. Steve started in the plumbing trade in the early 1980's.
Tyler wanted to follow in his father's footsteps and started in the plumbing industry in the mid 2000's. Since then Tyler's brother Aaron Purcell joined several years later. I waited months for a different plumber who kept pushing me off. I called T&S and they offered to come out that day, however I was working. They were at my house promptly the next morning. They were polite, honest about what they found and what needed done. They got all of the pipes cleaned out in a timely manner. The price of the service was incredibly reasonable which is important as I'm on a budget working full time and paying for full-time college. THANK YOU!!!

I've had many interactions with this company over the years. I can't really speak ill about the quality of their work, but it's pretty rare that you'll see it.
They will set an appointment with you and then never show up or call. If you bug them enough after 5 or 6 times of them not showing, they might finally make it out. Maybe.

I would give zero stars if able. Didn’t come when they said they would. Had to call over and over and then still they just showed up when they felt like it. Two men stood around outside for half the time they were here on an hourly paid job and the company charged me $50 more an hour than they quoted me. I tried to speak to someone to get the matter rectified but the owner/manager never returned any of my 10 calls over 2 months. The receptionist just kept saying that she told him to call me back. Basically I paid $600 to have one small pipe fixed and to have workers stand around. They didn’t

We just bought our house and it had an ancient flushometer system that was pouring water into the basement. We called T & S to get an estimate and they came next day and the day after that they removed the system and put in a standard toilet. They were fast and did a wonderful job. Also, there were no surprises and the estimate was exactly the amount I paid. They did such a wonderful job! We highly recommend them!
