The T.L.C. ECO Lawn Program uses a combination of organic fertilizers and traditional products to achieve a healthy lawn. Pre-emergent crabgrass control, and grub and surface insect control are an integral part of this program. If you're thinking of switching to a more organic treatment for your lawn but still want the effectiveness of traditional products, our hybrid lawn care program is for you.
It's like apples to oranges. Besides the health and environment risks, water soluble chemicals only have short term effects requiring many visits. Chemicals and pesticides only treat the symptoms of a lawn or insect problem, not the cause which is usually a lack of nutrients in the soil biology. T.L.C. feeds the soil not the grass!

I was very enthusiastic about finding this envirionmentally friendly provider. Although it is costly, I felt it was worth the cost. However when random areas of my lawn died I messaged for expert advise. This group does not make extra service calls, answer the phone or respond politely to questions. They do respond with an e mail. I have to reseed approximately 1000 sq feet of my lawn.
