I purchased a 2011 Juke for my daughter a few week ago from Tony Blankenship. My daughter loves the car and I thought the overall experience was great. Tony really tried to connect to our needs and found us the perfect car. We did have a small issue with the brakes on the car, however the dealership repaired them and I was very pleased with the service.
I can tell you first hand I DIDNT SEE IT!. These people were nothing but courteous to me!.courteous doesn't describe it accurately they treated me ROYALTY.I flew in from Colorado especially for a particular truck I had been searching for to test drive and hopefully drive back to Co. Been looking around for Mach 1 mustangs for a while and ran across one at this dealer. I politely ask for a video of the car and picture any dings/dents/damage as I live far away and did not want any surprises when I got there. I receive a smart a** answer “the cars gonna have dings it’s a 2004” I’m not expecting a flawless car as it’s an older car but I’d just like to see it’s exact condition in a video and I politely asked for a video of the engine running. It’s not very hard to do and shows there’s either something to hide or pure laziness.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. I have had my car for 7 months and I have had to get a new battery(1 month after buying it), the radio broke (day 2 of having the car), and a number of other major engine problems that should have been fixed when I bought it or they should have never sold it to anyone. It's like they don't do inspections on their cars because if they did you would think they would find all these problems.

Worst dealership I have ever tried to do business with I know that I don't have the best credit and understand that however Tony says send this in and this in I done all that he ask called Tom with customers right now ok called 2hrs later Tom answer let me put all your stuff in and call u back in 20min ok thanks called back again 2hrs Tony answers he still with customers oh ok so when talked to him 2hrs ago and said 20min I wasn't talking to him and still not heard a word from them like said at the beginning know my credit isn't perfect but can u at least call and say sorry not gonna be able to

Drove an hour ready to purchase a car they told me on the phone was available, only to find out when I arrived it was on their shop with a "short". Called several times over three weeks and was told they would get back to me but never did. A month later its still on the site and still in their shop! WHY KEEP LISTING A CAR ON YOUR SITE IF IT'S NOT READY TO SELL??? We took our business elsewhere...

Don't waste your time here like I did. Was trying to get a loan on a truck that I was very interested in through these guys. Asked them 3 times to get the financial details of the loan and I would work on getting the down payment. They kept saying we'll get the details and call you back. Never got any details and a week later on the third attempt they said the truck was sold. Then tried to lie and say that the truck never even made it to their site, which was incorrect because that's where I got the Vin# for the insurance quote. Thanks for nothing Tony
