We went there for laminate flooring which was a good experience, so we went back for carpet.. absolutely horrible. Sales person said they would call with a quote.. never called. went back in to get the quote. said we didnt have to pay now for the carpet, to just come in this weekend to pay. the contractor couldn't get the carpet from the warehouse because of no payment, the sales person never bothered to call us and say we actually need to pay before.. so we had to go down there once again. if we would have know that we would have paid the day we were first there.
