My husband and I were beyond impressed with the service we received. We were looking Porcelain Slabs and they had the most beautiful selection. We didn't want the usual granite or marble. Isabella was very knowledgeable as to the stone as we had explored this option. She explained the process for us and Ellie ...everytime we called couldn't have been nicer and answered all our questions. When the project is done we will def. send photos.

Phenomenal service, products, and pricing all around! Absolutely amazing material that is constantly kept up to date and replenished with new options arriving weekly! It is my go to place for exotic stones. The whole staff is so welcoming when you arrive and they are very well organized with customer selections and holding material. Hugo is who I usually deal with and his customer service is rare to find and so much appreciated.

I am not the primary customer for this visit to the counter top facility. This stop was to review options for a kitchen renovation project. The facility is a huge, warehouse operation. The selection is enormous and the staff member assisting and advising was excellent. My guess is that if you can't find it here, it doesn't exist.

Gramaco kindly replaced my countertops after they told me they were defective. Sadly, the new countertops they gave me look just as bad. Instead of not standing up to normal use, they were installed already damaged. Now this time what was originally called defective is now "normal wear and tear". I've never heard of countertops being installed WITH wear and tear. The guy openly admitted that he lied to me the first time around. Awesome - thanks for wasting my time.
