Gary Stevens went above and beyond. From start to finish. He did battle with my insurance company on my behalf. He and his crews completed the work quickly, efficiently and they cleaned up after themselves. They see to want my long term business. Great company to work with! Very professional and do a great job.
Depending on the type of CertainTeed shingles you choose during the planning process, your Integrity Roof System's shingles will come standard with either one of three available warranty plans. Each plan carries a certain number of "stars" after the name and indicates an ascending level of coverage.

If you are looking for a cheap roof repair, go somewhere else. Phase One Roofing is not a storm chasing company nor to they care to "just get the job done". What Steve and his crews do offer is a high caliber service at a reasonable price. I have personally witnessed his effort to stand behind his work when he answered the call (ON JULY 4TH) and resolved a roof leak, in the rain, for one of my customers. Phase One provides what most customers are willing to pay for, a quality roof to protect their home. He has repaired many homes for me as a vendor and personally for my family.

We just used Steve Andrews with Phase One Roofing. He went absolutely above and beyond expectations from day one. He came out and inspected the roof, came back when our insurance adjuster was here and walked the entire roof with her, even pointing out that our outdoor heaters had taken a hit and would probably need replacing (which they did.) Then, the adjuster, Steve, and I all sat down and discussed the process in detail and the two of them walked me through all of the paperwork. We received a check from our insurance a couple of days later, and Steve and his crew immediately started work.
