Very pour project management.
sent house plans to them 2 months prior to Hurrican Ida for a Cabinet and trim quote. Was told there is a 4 week turnaround on quotes. 14 weeks have gone by and we have sent 3 emails, in person appearance, and 7 total phone calls. just to be told today regardless of us sending a request in they are no longer taking any… request for work.
It is to be noted that we where never reached out to by Coastal but rather we had to be the one always checking on the status. This cause delays in build time.
Would not recommend for future buisness.

Elton was my landlord for 7 years, and then built out a space for martial arts academy in downtown Houma. I will always stick with Coastal because I know I can trust them to do a solid, honest, and personalized… job. Sign on the line and then relax...it will be done correctly...on time...as agreed...Thank y'all over there at Coastal!!!

This is the 4th home I've built and my new home in Colonial Acres is not the most expensive home I've ever built but it is the best constructed home and my favorite by far. I love my new house and I'm so thankful that Coastal Homebuilders built my home because it is everything I've ever wanted and the experience was wonderful - what s great team and what skilled talent all throughout the process.

Jeffrey and I recently built in Colonial Acres through Coastal and we absolutely LOVE our home! The staff and crew did a fantastic job and were extremely easy to work with. There were numerous floor plans and countless options for customization that all fit well within our budget. We have nothing but good things to say about Coastal and definitely recommend them if you are looking to remodel, update, or build.
