David Wells has over thirty years of experience in the design field with a strong management and construction detailing background. He has designed and managed both small- and large-scale residential projects. He is responsible for onsite construction management and overseeing projects from start to finish.

We provided Don with a renovation budget for the entire project. He created drawings for us and every estimate we received for the renovation was two to three times the budget we discussed. We then informed him of the estimates we were receiving and we was willing to work with us on some changes, but wanted more money to alter the drawings. Finally, he connected us with one of “his guys” and the estimate was still out of our budget. Ultimately, he charged us a lot of money for plans we couldn’t use because he ignored the budget we discussed or he didn’t understand the market. Either way

Don and team provided our family with an extraordinary product, which we are thrilled with. We live in a late 1800s house in a historic neighborhood with lots of antique houses, and the CDA team worked promptly and professionally from our original discussions to the delivery of the final architectural plans to begin construction. This all happened during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we could not have asked for a better fit to make this next big move (staying in place this time!). Don and his team are an asset to the community – highly recommended.
