My diswasher rack broke..a week before Christmas. I tried to fix it myself, but just couldn't. I found DC Appliance online, and the website made it so easy to make an appointment. They confirmed and then followed up with another email. The night before my service call I received a message giving me a window of when they would arrive, and the service man called me as he was driving to the house. We first met DC appliances when our refrigerator warranty company sent them. They came out 3-4 separate times for different issues with the fridge. Each time they were great! 5 years later, and we had another issue with our fridge now that the warranty is out. They came out the next day, even though I said no rush. He called before arrival, was on… time, friendly, and knew what he was looking for once the problems were described. An hour later, the fridge is good as new. Their prices are very reasonable too. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Very pleased with this company! Requesting service was effortless through their website. Unlike some companies that don't seem to pay attention to their emails or web requests, this one promptly scheduled service for a date of my choosing. Their robo-call confirmed the night before and gave me an arrival window.

I've had nothing but problems with my fridge since I bought it and DC repair was the first company to actually find the problem and fix it after having 5 service calls from another company who just couldn't seem to figure it out. Dominic of DC Appliance Repair was at our home recently to replace the torn gaskets around the doors of our four year-old Whirlpool refrigerator. He called in advance of his arrival, was here in a timely manner and solved our issue quickly. He also provided answers to questions that we had about our dishwasher and stove when asked. Like others from the company that had been here in the past, he was polite, efficient and very, very helpful. Thanks to Dominic and DC Appliance Repair for a job well done today. We purchased a new refrigerator on 11/29/19 and we've noticed ice build up on freezer door. I called for service on Monday 01/13/20 and was given appointment for thurs 01/17/20. Speedy service!!! I had Andrew K service my refrigerator this past Saturday. I gave him a 5 star review for his service call. From the moment he walked into my house, he was very courteous and polite. He replaced two parts on my refrigerator and showed that he was very knowledgeable in his skill to repair. When he was done, I asked him if he would be so kind to move the refrigerator out so that I could clean and vacuum the back and front of it. He did so without hesitation. I felt that he went above and behind of what was asked of him. I would gladly have him back for future repairs and would highly recommend

Dominic arrived wearing a button down shirt and clean black pants! Looked as if he'd just stepped out of the shower! Impeccable! And his work ethic was impeccable the minute he walked into the house. They fix appliances. I'm my case an oven. Which was new. Or pretty new anyway. I did have a warrant, so it was all covered. They could not come immediacy, but came within a few days.
The man was great. Super pleasant. And knew a lot. Was able to get my oven fixed quickly and even told me how to better care for it.
Call them if you have n issue. Youll be happy.

DC Appliance repair was the company sent out to us when the electrical panel on our brand new, (less than a year old) stove was fried when lightning hit our house. I received a phone call and e-mail the night before the appt confirming for the following day. Jeff our technician called me 10m before arriving to our house (both times) which gave us time to corral our (very noisy) dogs. Unfortunately, the first appt was only to check the stove, and see if it could be fixed, it could, but they had to order a part, which took a few days to come in (5-6 days). Jeff came back again the following week
