I can't say enough good things about Miguel and his crew. They worked so hard, were fast and efficient, and cleaned up perfectly. I had my roof replaced by this company. One of the nails punctured a hole in the main gas line of my home. The puncture was not discovered for almost 3 month and this could have been a major catastrophe but luckily everyone is safe. NW Natural had to be shut off the gas to my entire house for safety purposes. I have reached out to Platinum Roofing multiple times via phone and email. The owner, Austin Mecham, has not responded to have this issue resolved and to reimburse me for the repair cost. When I contacted their insurance company to file a 3rd party damage claim, I was told that their insurance

On the upside Austin and Miguel were friendly and responsive during the job. Our roof was installed properly. We had it inspected due to some concerns about attention to detail (like replacing our skylights and not fastening them down). Ok n the downside, when doing the tear off, they damaged our exterior light, which would have been fine if they fixed it. Austin said that they would but they never came back. After several emails back and forth we gave up and resigned to fix them ourselves. This is really frustrating because we paid almost $30k for new roofs on our house and shop.

I asked for a quote from another company. It was $8000 more than I thought it would be. I found Platinum, spoke with Miguel, he bid the job, they finished it today. From day one communication with Miguel was great. I could call him now… (8:00 pm Wednesday evening), I don’t think he’d leave me hanging. Great experience, more important my wife loves it! Blessed to have Platinum re-roof my forever home.

They went above and beyond what I expected. Very professional, quality work and now I have the best looking roof in my neighborhood. In and out in 3 days was amazing. Little fact: if you see the roofers with a hose on the roof that’s to keep the singles cool on warm days and this prevents them leaving foot imprints on the new shingles. You know they are professionals when you learn something new. Highly recommended!!!

Austin and Miguel were great to work with! What sold me on going with Platinum other than the recommendations we received was how in depth of job Miguel did in figuring out the estimate. We got five estimates for the job and Miguel was the one who we felt took his time to figure the job out. Then he sent a detailed estimate so we knew exactly what they were using for materials. Then the crew was phenomenal! Our job was one that didn’t have to be done at a specific time so we let them decide when it fit their schedule, January isn’t an optimum time to be doing roofing but it worked in for them

They are extremely responsive and have the knowledge and expertise to do the job correctly. When there are issues Austin finds a solution to remedy the issue. This is not one of those companies that comes into town and then is gone the next month. They are local good peeps who will be around to follow through.
