Although granite is quite resistant to scratches, to properly maintain this type of countertop material it's advisable to follow a few simple procedures.

From the measurements we will be able to give you a rough estimate, and make you aware of any additional charges. We are so happy with our new cabinets and countertops from A1 Cabinet and Granite. Lodge was our salesman and he answered so many questions I had. I highly recommend A1 Cabinets & Granite in Lincoln Nebraska to everyone who is looking for a new cabinets. We just remodeled our kitchen and bought our cabinets and granite from A1 Cabinets & Granite after checking many places and comparing quality and prices at many places in southeast Nebraska. A1 ended up to be the highest quality and the best in price and a lot of choices to choose from. Their customer service is excellent, person who came to do the measurements helped us with design and better layout for our kitchen, so at the end it came out to be much better than it was previously. A1 and Lodge was great to work with. Lodge helped us pick out the perfect granite for our remodel. They gave us a fair price, came out to measure and install on time and made the whole process smooth. The installers did a great job, arrived early and had the job done in no time with no mess to clean up. I would highly recommend A1 and Lodge for new countertops.

Don't select a patterned stone or ask them to cut specific measurements. I did and they deliberately did both things the way they wanted not the way I wanted. The countertops had a 2.5 inch overhang which meant I couldn't access the dishwasher controls. They brought me countertops with a huge white blob in the middle. They did agree to redo the countertops but I had to wait about 2 months. Even when they agreed to let me preview the cuts they case the the previews about an hour before they were supposed to be delivering and installing which made me feel pressured to agree to another

Lodge and Jillian are great to work with. They are very helpful through the design process and responsive to any questions. With a minor issue we found after installation, they were very quick to come back out and correct it without any hassle. Our installed cabinets/countertop look fantastic and I would not hesitate to use them again!

A1 replaced our old laminate kitchen counters with granite and I could not be more pleased with the final product. Their installers were polite and while they arrived late, they worked quickly and cleanly. I also could not believe how affordable this project was, and that the granite color I wanted was at the price point it was at, installation included. They've been great to work with.
