Can't say enough good things about this company. The heating unit (on the roof) of our business stopped working and had to be replaced. As a business owner I called around for estimates and needed the job done quickly. Their estimate was lower than any other company, delivery was twice as fast, and communication was head and shoulders above their competition. They had the unit and a crane on site in no time and were able to install in a matter of hours. They also made sure everything was working correctly before they left which is not something I am used to. 5 stars all around.

CSI Mechanical earns an A+ from me! When our thermostat crapped out and one of our heat pumps wouldn't run I needed fast, reliable service. CSI showed up on time and their tech Chris Jackson quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, installing a new thermostat and getting our unit running again. Chris is a consummate pro and his expertise shows. Most important of all, this call saved us THOUSANDS of dollars! Our unit is only 6 years old. I love CSI when our AC went out they were quick to answer the phone to schedule an consultation. When Greg and Hunter came out they were very polite and got what needed to be done very quick. If you’re needing to replace your unit and you’re second guessing CSI just go for it. Make sure you request Greg and Hunter they did a fantastic job. I’m not sure how the other workers are but if they’re anywhere close to how good Greg and Hunter are you’ll be all set.
