I will never use the Irresponsible moving company ever again! I thought using a local business would be better. I was very wrong. They were friendly and fast to offer an estimate, but they were also the most expensive but very nice. However the day of the move they called to tell me the truck was delayed and would not make the 9AM schedule and would arrive at noon. I waited and by 1PM I had to call for an update; they told me the truck was stuck in traffic and would be there soon. It was 4:20 when the two man crew arrived, extremely late and exhausted. As soon as they arrived they took 10 minutes

Hands down, best moving experience of my life (and I've moved a lot)! Jacob, Daniel, and Michael did a PHENOMENAL job! They were prepared with dollies and plastic wrap and they were SO FAST. They were done within the 3 hour minimum and I was shocked. The last moving company took 7 hours for the same stuff!!!! Responsible may have slightly higher rates, but they make up for it with speed! It's worth every penny! I wish I was staying in the area so I could move with them again next time.

Responsible Movers were amazing. They were so professional, on time, so friendly and really helped me in a pinch. I had a lot of delicate items that needed special care and they provided extra packing, and handled everything with extra care. Javontai and his team were not only professional and fast, but so friendly and made the day go by so fast with smiles. It goes a long way, especially when moving in the middle of a pandemic! Moving can be so stressful but the guys went over and above to make sure we were happy. They seemed to really love their job; singing & humming as they worked - It made us feel comfortable. Friends recommended Responsible Movers for their SF to LA move, so we used them as well for the same move to LA. They came up to SF to pack up all our things (about 5 hours for a 1-bedroom + office loft with stairs, all packed), drove the truck down to LA for overnight storage, and then moved things in the next morning (2 hours, no stairs). We got 3 men for both SF and LA (5 different people total) and they were all super fast and professional! They handled items with care and were thoughtful about where to put things when unloading. The price was a flat rate that we found really reasonable. Highly

This moving company was proactive, responsive, and incredibly professional. We couldn’t be happier with their service and the choice to use them. I hope we don’t have to move again, but I’d use them again and recommend them to anyone needing help moving. They packed everything, EVERYTHING, moved everything to its respective place, and assembled the furniture. Just wow!
