Thrilled with the service from Overhead Door Company of Northwest Florida. A spring broke on my door and left us unable to open the door. ODC recognizing the inconvenience did everything they could to get a technician scheduled as quickly as possible. John and Wayne did the service and were terrific. They replaced the spring and gave the door a full service. They noticed a track that needed adjustment and took care of that, as well as put a surge protector in place to protect the main unit. They had the door working beautifully in short order. They were also willing to spend time with me answering

I 100% recommend them for garage door repairs! I was able to make an appointment over the phone and get in the same week. The receptionist answering phones was friendly and patient. John arrived within my appointment window and even called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He was very friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable! Besides repairing the busted springs, he did lubricated the doors and did an inspection to ensure nothing else was amiss. If you are looking for a reliable and affordable garage door repair look no further!

I highly recommend this company, especially John Phan, the technician who fixed our garage door. The communication was excellent, from emails to confirm the appointment to phone calls to not only confirm the day before but then from the technician, John, letting us know when specifically to expect his arrival. He was punctual and what impressed me most was that within a minute of walking into my garage, he already noticed and diagnosed the problem with my garage door. John was great with explaining the issue, how he would fix it, the time it would take and also the expected cost for parts and labor

On April 2nd 2021, John and Brandon were working in our neighborhood in FWB and noticed our garage door had thrown a pully cable (again) and was not closing correctly. They had been out to our house 2 weeks prior for the same problem. Both these gentlemen were prompt/professional /courteous in their service. My wife and I cant thank them enough for going above and beyond after noticing and fixing the problem.

Overhead door exceeded my expectations. Carol is very professional and a delight, and our technician, John, is courteous and professional as well. He contacted me to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. John ended up replacing our overhead door motor and track. He completed the job quickly, and yet spent time with me to explain the features of the new system. I highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Northwest Florida.
