Our staff of professionals has worked many years crafting commercial and residential landscapes. LandCare Innovations has always sought to employ a team approach. LandCare has a strong group of leaders who demonstrate generosity in teaching and training other members of our team across a variety of disciplines.
The team assembled at LandCare has a lot of experience working through the commercial bidding process. Whether you're a developer of housing subdivisions, retirement communities, office parks or stand-alone projects, we are ready to respond to your inquiries. We can provide services that will assist you with new construction or in the maintenance of existing properties.
Almost all of us have been touched by cancer, either by our own personal battle or through someone we love. Many of us at LandCare Innovations have family and friends who are currently fighting or have lost their battle against cancer. So, we decided to make a difference by sponsoring the event, raising money, working booths, and walking our local Mooresville Relay for Life event.
Many people recognize that the quality of the environment directly impacts the quality of their own lives. LandCare Innovations also understands that we must all begin to live in ways that are more sustainable. How does this apply when it comes to landscaping projects? None of these are mutually exclusive.
LandCare Innovations is a full-service landscape design, care and installation company with 2 offices located in Charlotte, North Carolina and Columbia, South Carolina. For over 20 years, we have been providing the highest quality in landscaping with services that include: irrigation design and install, hardscapes, water features, landscape design and install, and full-service maintenance.

We just finished a rather big backyard project with LandCare Innovations. They all did a fantastic job. I was very impressed with them from Chip, the owner, to Cass our project manager, to Cisco the lead of our crew. The work is top notch and the communication was also very good. I would highly recommend them!

I had 2 sprinkler heads that were broken. Zo came out and fixed them quickly and efficiently. He texted me before coming out and after the job is done. We have been a customer with them since 2007 and highly recommend them as a company.

Been trying to setup an interview now for about 2 months. Manger Adam contacted me never ever got back to me. Management is a mess and staff is incredibly rude when you call trying to get a hold of someone with enough competence to set up your interview. If its this hard to work there I cant imagine what the lawncare service is like.. I would stay away.

I can't say enough about how much this company went above and beyond for us. They came out and repaired items on our system, without charge, that were caused by other utility companies, years after our system was installed! The technician was friendly and extremely helpful. I'm very happy to offer a positive review for this company.

Mike and his irrigation crew are fantastic! They arrived on time as scheduled and completed the work efficiently and promptly. I now can confidently utilize my sprinkler system knowing that the right amount of water is getting exactly where and when it needs too. I highly recommend LandCare Innovations.

We had Chip re-build our front yard. Super small project, pretty sure it wasn't a big money maker for them. But 3 years later it still looks great.
Called them about a bush that died two years after they planted it, fully expecting to pay for a replacement. But much to my surprise it was replaced with a bigger bush so it would match the other dozen that survived.
Highly recommend.
