They did an excellent job installing windows in my whole house. They finished in one work day. The window fit perfectly and look as if they have always been there. The value was excellent 33% cheaper than other quotes. The wait to receive the Windows from the manufacturer is a little longer than normal but at no fault to the direct window team. It is evident that Jim takes great pride and joy in his work and he is very knowledgeable in the product.

Although they were friendly and timely I doubt they have much experience and knowledge about windows. I needed one for east facing sun and protection from intense heat and light and am disappointed in his lack of knowledge regarding types of windows available
One call to another company and found what I needed although too late for me since I had purchased from him because he advised me the type of window I previously had was no longer made. I was very disappointed

When it comes to replacing windows in your home that is a big deal. After much searching & reading reviews we came upon DIRECT WINDOWS. Great experience! Jim was a pleasure to work with and very prompt at returning phone calls. We live out state and needed windows replaced in home we rent out in the Akron area. Other companies required us to come into town and meet with there salesman so they could upsell the windows. Jim listened to our needs and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Windows were installed in a timely manner and look great! I highly recommend Direct Windows if you are looking for a good local company that you can trust.
