We have used Vista before and the experience was very good. However, this time, he was very inflexible, not coming anywhere close to our schedule and had to contact him several times over two weeks to get him to call back and then the estimate for the work, which was supposed to be the next day, turned out to be 4 days later. His original schedule time he offered had now changed by two weeks and the 4 room job would be cut into two parts - a month apart.
Then when we called him to inform him we were going to use someone else, he called back and was very derogatory and stated he had done everything

I've been in my house seven years and this is the second time I've had the floors refinished. The first time was a disaster. A well-known, local company did a rushed, unprofessional job and the finish didn't last long.
Thankfully I found Mike and Vista Hardwood Floors. He provided a reasonable and thoughtful estimate, explained the process, and scheduled the job right away. He was thorough, sanded the floor, fixed problem spots and then put on a beautiful finish. There was no dust and no mess at all when he was finished. The floors look like they're brand new. I never
