We had our system installed in 2012. We were told to shut down system due to problem with Inverter BY Grid Alternatives. Both Grid and myself have not been able to get a responce for warranty work. This has been at least 15 Calls and two e-mails. Only phone you get connected to is Office Manager and recording states she is on other line. leave voice mail at least 15 times and no Call back. Think twice about using this contractor
