Had a great experience with Brookens for some residential soffit and insulation repair work. Chad and Tyler were great all along the way including providing a detailed initial estimate, being flexible with scheduling (coordination with another contractor was required), and great communication with each step. I’m very happy with the work done, and I’ll definitely be calling Brookens if we need more exterior work in the future.

After recent high winds came through our area (65 miles per hour) we had several tree branches break off, hit our roof and run across the top of it. I was uncertain if the roof was damaged so I called Brookens to ask if someone could check our roof. They said “ No problem, we’ll have someone contact you and check it out.” ( Brookens had put on our new roof about a year ago. Excellent experience!)
Wow! Chad was here the next day. He was great! Checked everything and reassured me the roof held up great. Also cleaned all the branches off the roof for us! Wonderful experience. Can’t say enough

Brandon Butt came out to inspect my roof after a hail storm. He was very courteous and professional. He did a very thorough review of the roof and siding and even paid attention to the workmanship of the crew that put my roof on five years ago. We can’t thank Brookens Construction enough for the quality work they did. They were there for us every step of the way. Alex was always available for any questions we had, Ashley was a great help when it came to dealing with the insurance company and preparing us for the day of the installation, Trae was here the entire time the work was being done. He made sure we were aware of everything that was being done. The crew did an excellent job from start to finish, clean up was outstanding. We are so happy with the results, our roof is beautiful. Brian was our sales guy. He dId a thorough roof walk and documented the hail damage for our insurance company. Amber and Rosie in the office did the scheduling and all the paperwork for myself and the insurance company. Chad and Don were on-site Project Managers and kept us up to date on everything we needed to know. The roofers were punctual and polite. Worked literally from dawn to dusk as the days are getting shorter. All trash was cleaned up daily and a final pass was done after job was completed. All in all, a very good experience.

Brookens' staff and workers were excellent at all levels, from roof inspection, working with our insurance co., explaining costs, and most importantly, removing the old hail damaged roof with a beautiful new roof, all in one day. Trae and Chad were excellent professional overseers of a very dedicated hard working crew. From set up to clean up, we were very pleased with everyone involved. Awesome company to work with Brandon was our first contact very professional and knowledgeable answered all questions that we had about the process and what the steps would be to get our roof replaced after hail damage. Amber was also very professional in handling the scheduling of our appointment to get the roof replaced answered questions I had and was available when needed. Trae was our project manager and did an awesome job also even took time to fix one of our gutters that wasn't flowing properly very easy guy to work with. Brookens did a fantastic job with my roof replacement. I can't say enough thanks to Alex for working wit me on this project. I had some hurdles with insurance and Alex helped work with me and the insurance company and got it handled. Amber was next in line to contact me about the project and was very prompt and responsive. The day of install, Chad was my contact and he and his team were fast and super efficient. When the job was done the clean up was top notch and Chad took the extra time to inspect the work and even pointed out a few small mistakes that were corrected on the spot. Highly recommend
