Many companies will really take advantage of customers when the heat goes in December. Not Artic Mechanical! Artic was referred by two separate friends because I had no heat. I was not even a customer yet the woman in the office was so pleasant and caring! She scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Nelson showed up at my house as scheduled. He was kind and professional. I cannot say enough good things about him He was honest and so knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem and now I have heat! I am signing up for a service contract and would never use another HVAC company

Arctic Mechanical is an outstanding company. The tech that arrived at the house was on time and had the office call me to make sure he was at the correct address. I forgot his name, but he is extremely professional and explained all the components of the boiler and water heater to me and answered all my questions. Very friendly and it was a pleasure meeting him. I will definitely continue doing business with this company because they truly understand what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. This company has been so unprofessional and really don’t care about their customers.I called whit no heat last week ,they promised me Friday last week and no one showed up. I called over the weekend and no one responded .I called Monday and spoke to the girl in the office she assured me someone will come Tuesday from 2 to 4 and no one showed up. I’m fed up whit this place ,no respect for their customers. Better business bureau will hear about this leaving people and new born child whit no heat since last week is unacceptable

We just got our Air Conditioning system replaced by Arctic Mechanical Heating and Cooling (Equipment: 5 ton American Standard/Trane Condensing Unit and Variable Flow Air Handler).
This was by far the best home project experience for us. We felt very confident about this company right after Doug came for estimation. He was polite, professional, an expert obviously, not pushy, and really cared about customers. Doug Harrison provided excellent representation for the company. He responded quickly to phone calls and email. Can't say enough good things about our experiences with Arctic. They bailed us out of a heater malfunction in January and an AC emergency this week. Tony was professional, courteous, and clear in his explanations, and he did a fantastic job. Really appreciate the follow-up by phone from the office the next day. Honest people who take pride in their excellent work. Highly recommended.

Brian Soukup, from Arctic Mechanical, was at the center of our fantastic experience in replacing our 25 year old AC and was(is) an absolute pleasure to deal with. Mark and his team are amazing! They go above and beyond to ensure great service and great pricing. I had a new born baby a few years ago and my heat went out and I called mark on his personal cell phone at 3am. He came over himself and got my heat working for me within 2 hours. They go above and beyond!!
