Terrible experience.I drove SEVEN HOURS round trip from Pennsylvania to look at one of their cars. John tried to sell me a car with 25 year old tires on it. When I asked about the possibility of getting a better price considering I would have to spend ANOTHER $600-$700 on new tires he became rude and extremely unprofessional. Claims people are lined up to buy it even though he’s had it for months. It’s obvious from my experience that they don’t appreciate their customers.Run, don’t walk, away from this dealership.

Truly Exceptional! I highly recommend Luxury Motors of RB. John, John, Kerry and Jimmy really go out of their way to make the process a pleasure. Even picked the car up and dropped it off for me to have a scratch fixed. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the best car buying experience. Great service, no pressure, easy to do business with. The team there is genuinely interested in doing it right. They did everything they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it.

Bought a car here 2 months ago based on online pictures and description and put a down payment over the phone. They held the car for over a week until I could get there. Bought a 2010 Honda CRV in mint condition. Came with 30 day warranty so I took it to a Honda dealer and they couldn’t find a thing wrong with it.
Excellent used car buying process.
Three months later the car still feels brand new every time I get in it.
