Frank's Paving Company was established in 1972 by Frank De Leon. The company was known for it's reliable asphalt and construction services throughout San Antonio and South Texas. Frank's daughter, Sandra Lopez, took over the company in 2008, making it a woman-owned small business and minority business enterprise.
Although the company has grown and diversified over the years to expand its services to both construction and oil field services, the same core values still apply. Frank's Paving Company Inc. is proud to have retained many of their customers since 1972. This stands as a true testament to the quality and service that the company was built upon.
Frank's Paving Company Inc. now specializes in commercial and location sites, excavation, dirt work, foundation pads, base, concrete, sidewalks, curbs, asphalt paving, oil field services, and the design/build of TxDot concrete approaches throughout San Antonio and South Texas.

They change price for the job during and after,dont pay employees for hours worked,.2 of their employees told me several horror stories about ronnie an sandra the owners.i ended up paying 1500 dollars more after they quit half way thru until i paid more.ronnie is a liar and a bad person.

Their worker in a company truck nearly ran me off the road this morning near .This man had terrible road rage, cut me off, and then attempted to follow me harrasingly for several miles after I passed him.
I can’t believe this careless attitude is permitted on the road. I got license plate and a report has been made.
