Absolute garbage. Young punk kid claimed we pulled out in front of him. We stopped next to his van and he started screaming obscenities at us in front of us and our young grandchildren. No response from the owner as of yet. Do not use these awful people for anything.
UPDATE. The owner finally called and did not take our complaint seriously even though their technician threatened physical violence on us and our young grandchildren. Due to the threat of violence and the owners not caring about the problem we are seeking legal counsel. Maybe now they will take us seriously.

This is our "GO TO" company for all plumbing, heating & AC issues. Throughout the years, the courteous & professional workers have serviced the AC unit, repaired or replaced heating units, repaired or replaced faulty sewer lines, etc. at Mom's Pocomoke home. We are very impressed with the service provided by Hickman. The company that installed our climate master geothermal system seven years ago sold their business to Hickman. Since that time we have had a number of service call requirements. Debbie Hickman is always courteous and extremely professional to deal with. Her technicians worked hard to resolve our most recent issue, which was a complicated system failure problem. The crew is dependable and knowledgeable. They even bring booties for their shoes! We plan to stay with Hickman even though we are on the lower eastern shore, 45 minutes from Pocomoke

We had Hickman put in HVAC in 2013. Recently the air conditioning system went up. Hickman service came out and said compressor is bad. The service guy said dont worry it's under warranty. Okay well then crickets so I called them not only is it not under warranty their Lady tells me the compressor is to old to fix. She said I'll call you when I got more information again crickets. I'm getting another service company to come to take a look. Very poor customer service.

Called and scheduled plumbing service to refit gas meter pipes. No call, no show. Three days later I call and am told they are not licensed to perform the work the agreed and scheduled to do. This level of service lacks knowledge and professionalism.
Perhaps they’re good at what they do otherwise, though I am quite sure I’ll never find out.

Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness
Called to get quote to upgrade our system. Received a call back to reschedule do to emergency calls which I completely understand. On the rescheduled date, no one showed up or called. I called and left two voicemail messages. Never received a call back. Moved onto another company which showed up the very next day.
