Sunscape Landscaping provides comprehensive commercial landscape and grounds services, including maintenance and water management programs, to property and facility managers throughout the entire Austin, Texas metropolitan area. Sunscape provides value by understanding what it is that property and facility managers need to ensure a greater outdoor experience for their tenants and residents.
We do this at every level, helping with budgets and scheduling to increase curb appeal, asset value, and offer the best return on your investment. It's easy for property owners and managers to underestimate how valuable landscape elements are for employees, tenants and guests. The impact on first impressions and the daily experience of interacting with the outdoor space is an underappreciated benefit of an attractive design.

Worst company to work for! the owner always changes his mind and overcharges customers ,hires inexperienced workers and always make excuses to put off jobs or because they forgot to do it, because of mass miscommunication..so sad.. that there is a language barrier between workers, management, and customers! they only take care of property's that are a mainstream of income!! Wish I could put( 0 )stars when I worked for them they never made any attempt at moving anyone up from the company..they don't want experience.. they want slaves!

We live in a newish East Austin development called Vista Point. After living here just a couple of years the common area landscaping started really looking bad - dead trees and shrubs left to shrivel, weeds everywhere, sun-baked dry mulch. We were assured at our last HOA meeting that we were getting a new company, which as it turns out is Sunscape. I walk around the neighborhood daily and even during the most dismal weather time of year I noticed a pretty drastic improvement. Way fewer weeds, fresh mulch, common lawn areas and side street landscaping is trimmed and edged and mowed. I stopped today

They have been doing an excellent job maintaining and improving our master planned community. We all highly recommend Sunscape.
Jesse T provided a reasonably priced service contract and they have followed through on their commitment. Our homeowners are extremely pleased and have taken the time to share their positive feedback with us, which is a nice break from their normal complaints. We couldn't be happier with their level of professionalism and the quality of their work.

Just had a great conversation with Hank the owner. It’s Clear we have come to an understanding that these kind of issues will happen from time to time. What I took from the conversation was that he understands them and is trying his best to work through them.
He cares about his clients and wants to make sure that they are pleased. That is not something that you find every day in today’s society.
I would recommend using his team lawn services.

Horrible. They mow when there's no grass to mow and do zero weed control. They maintain our condo's property. The killed most of our landscaped plants, cut our grass too short (way too short for the 100-degree summer)--because ALL they do is mow.
They selectively weed eat the weeds.
They refused to cut down weeds that got so big they drifted onto my porch. The supervisor lies to the HOA about it.
This company is horrible; don't use them.

Zero stars if I could. Contracted to maintain our HOA landscape in San Antonio. They destroyed the landscape - ran mowers into our walls and cost us thousands of dollars to repair landscape, hardscape and irrigation as well as incredible water bills since they took it upon their selves to adjust our controllers and freely let water run. They promised detailed attention and then put inexperienced employees on our site. No response from managers. Bad news.

If I could do 0 stars I would. They would damage whatever have been left on the patio or the yard. Very inconsiderate and can't even get job done ( for which you pay them to do). If I had an option to get rid of them I would, but unfortunately HOA has chosen this horrible company to do our landscaping.

Terrible, terrible landscapers. They leave our gate open before/ during/after mowing (even during their breaks!) which could let our dog out if we're not paying attention. They run with the mower and weedeater so fast, they do an awful, uneven job at cutting our lawn. WHEN they do weedeat, they take the machinery to our fence posts and raised garden beds grinding them down until they're ineffective anymore.
Do they care about doing a quality job? Absolutely not!! Avoid their poor service if you can, and find a landscaper who takes pride in their work.
