Me and my husband wanted to build our summer dream home in scarborough. We lived out of state and were worried about not being able to check on the project the guys at delta worked with us step by step with the design to the construction sending us updates with pictures and video every couple of days let us know where the project was and the next steps this gave us a total peace of mind I could recommend them more.

We were looking for a home for over a year and could find exactly what we wanted our realtor suggested we build the idea seemed a bit overwhelming but we meant with a few builders on our realtors suggestion and Delta properties stood out in the crowd they were not just a contractor they are there on the job daily and know the process inside and out couldn't be happier
