EGN Builders Group did a beautiful job of renovating our house and garage. The product and results themselves are without complaint. However, the experience of working with them has been better. They always communicate with us and very smooth process. Every step we were informed and help us give ideas to create a good outcome we want. Very professional and efficient. On a bedroom addition, we used the EGN Builders project. They were quite fast in showing up for the initial consultation and estimate. Work began as soon as supplies became available and was completed on time.
When we had a concern or a problem, they were always quick to respond. We needed an unexpected adjustment with a short deadline after the work was completed to fit a larger light fixture. I have nothing but admiration for the contractors. Every part of their effort was done with top-notch professionalism, from communication to workmanship. That's outstanding customer service.

So incredibly pleased, not just with the work that was performed, but also with the professionalism of their team. I have been through several contractors over the years, and I have never experienced such an incredible company. EGN doesn’t treat you like a dollar sign, and actually cares about their clients. I take posting a one star review very seriously. I never want to do it unless I feel it's entirely warranted. Here is an an accounting of what we went through. We contacted this group at the suggestion of a neighbor. They came to our home promptly and at that time it was the builders rep and the architect. We met with both. Discussed that our first need was a garage and if possible we'd love to add an adu. During that first month they were responsive and did ask us some questions about the project. EGN constructor Gregory Austin King is a dishonest person. He took my most money and could not finish my ADU conversion job and abandoned my project. His Bond money already paid to other claim in July, 2020. Watch yourself! Never pay EGN with Cash or Check! Best advice is never use EGN as my experience went!

Very professional. I hired them to build me an ADU. I put down a deposit and they wrote up some estimates for options on building the ADU. There were many correspondences through email as I was in contact with the city about what is allowed and disallowed. Eventually I found out that I was unable to build an adu based on my lot and EGN refunded the deposit in its entirety. Very honest and professional company. Would hire them again for another project!

What a fantastic experience from start to finish! The sales, design and construction teams were wonderful to work with. They took our single inspiration photo and helped us completely renovate our 25 year old kitchen and pantry. It's definitely our favorite space in our house now! I wanted to especially call out the owner, Erick and our project manager, Art. These two gentlemen were incredibly caring and treated our home and this project as if it was their own home. It wasn't just a renovation to them, it was about building a relationship and always ensuring we spoke openly with them

So far I have seen no subcontractors!
Initially communication was less than desired!
Upon my request that quickly changed.
I myself am in the general contracting business and so far I can't say enough good things about how this company does its work..
Pricing is fair and work and attention to detail exceptional!
I'll report again in 6 weeks..

We just had two bathrooms completely remodeled including all new sewer lines, lighting, insulation, complete new showers, sinks, toilets, and fixtures.
It took a long time but the end result was worth it. Thank you to Samantha, Chencho, Jonathan, and Daniel for making this remodel experience a great one. I would definitely recommend EGN builders for my next project.

I am being generous by giving them a 2 star rating but let me explain my experience with EGN. I was quite impressed with EGN Builders Group after I met with their Sales Rep. Ben.
I had a shower that was leaking and it was determined that we had to rip out the whole thing. This shower was built in 1937 and with a few minor repairs it lasted a long time. Ben was very thorough with his inspection of what needed to be done and who was going to do it. Since this shower was so old and matched the rest of the bathroom tiles I wanted to keep it as close to what it looked like. Keeping the integrity

I had the pleasure of working with EGN last fall on my kitchen update. They were very enthusiastic about the project and it was easy to get ahold of them through the whole process. Initially, I was quite impressed with EGN Builders Group. We were looking to transform a closet into an office, and EGN was one of the first companies I contacted. Someone answered right away and seemed confident and eager that the company could do the work for us. Representatives were sent a day later to come check out the space and gather the info necessary to provide a quote.

EGN was the easiest company to work with. The materials they used and their way of working is beyond expectations. I didn't have no down time,no headache, my protect went so smooth. I did have to stressed out about anything. They took care of everything. They took care of the paperwork in the city and also help me finish a project that another builder left unfinished. I'm lowering my previous 2-Star review to a 1 Star rating. (If there was a zero, I would certainly apply it!). Mr. Sarkisyan, VP of Marketing reached out to me in earnest to attempt to recover the poor professionalism that was demonstrated from their first estimators (which are no longer with the company - the only prudent action taken by this company) and respond to my initial review. However, after several days of waiting for a finalized estimate, Mr. Sarkisyan went silent and didn't provide the final estimate to proceed with this project. Don't even call this location. They have zero knowledge about building and permits. I talk to a Samantha and was told wrong information about building while the city gave me different that what they say. They are really not knowledgeable. Their prices are so high and they are just co tractors with zero experience. I'm glad I found out before they wanted to charge me $6000 to draw plans. Mmm no thanks

Two of our bathrooms needed updating to a contemporary style. After several quotes EGN provided a competitive price along with quick and precise responses. Every question was answered with the upmost precision. Bathrooms were remodeled in a timely fashion clean and most impressive was the final product. Our home is finished and looking fantastic!

I’ve now used EGN for two separate bathroom remodels and I’m very impressed with ten quality of their works. I’ve heard some crazy stories about contractors in the past but they have always given me an extremely positive experience. On top of being highlighted skilled and honest they are very reasonable when it comes to price. I will continue using them whenever I can.
