Over the years, it has had several upgrades like in 2004 with the extension of the service department and the remodeling of the dealership. Hardin County Honda is the best place to buy a Vehicle. The guys were so helpful and not pushy at all. Very patient and very willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are very happy with your purchase.
I had to go through different departments because of issues I was having with my car and everyone from the loan department for the rental department to the collision department to the purchasing department was totally awesome. HCH made it easy to shop for the exact car we were looking for. Our salesman Chris was incredibly polite and helpful, making for a positive shopping experience. We've had our Honda CR-V for almosy two months now and have been nothing but happy with it. I'd recommend HCH to anyone looking for a solid, reliable, family vehicle and excellent customer service.

I absolutely love this dealership!! They go above and beyond to meet your needs. Today my Honda pilot broke down and left me stranded at the pediatricians office. I called roadside assistance to have my car towed to Hardin County Honda and called them. I am a single mother and I couldn't afford to be late or miss work today. I said a prayer and called them. They came immediately, picked me up and got me on my way in a loaner car. All while still waiting on roadside assistance to show up for the tow. This is the third time I have used them and they have always been fairly priced, fast and thorough

But be aware they have some hidden fees, they don't usually show on their ads. If you sum up those fees, they could be up to 3K more than the published prices. I talked with a lawyer friend of mine, and customers are actually legally protected from this type of practice. Have this in mind.
