After considering other area companies, we purchased 26 windows and 3 doors for our home from T. Smith.
Each part of the process was professionally and efficiently handled.
Tim explained what to expect and came by throughout the installation.
Chad and Mike installed the windows and were always early, professional and efficient as was the crew installing the doors.
Each phone call to the office was handled by Rhonda. As the first voice of the company, she was always pleasant to talk with, quick to respond and kept us informed.

This company was wonderful, no hassle salesman. I knew what I wanted and the owner came out, measured and we wrote up a contract all in about 15 minutes. Paid small deposit and the deal was done. About 5 weeks later they called and were out here the next morning, 6 windows installed in 2 1/2 hours. They were professional, kind and cleaned up the mess. Highly recommend this company.

From Beginning (The appointment for the estimate for his work.) to End (The followup after the work had been completed.). Tim and his crew made us feel as though the work on our home was the most important thing they had to do.

Great experience with T.Smith Siding & Windows. From day one they listen to our concerns. We starting with getting new roof, gutters and the soffit area covered. Later we got a new storm door and front door. Our 57 year old house is looking great! Got everything done in a timely manner and Tim came back out to check to be sure it was done to our satisfaction.
