Due to snow, I needed to hire movers last minute and they were the only ones who got back to me that were able to move my family. We had about half our packing done and rented our own U-Haul, but still needed some packing done as well as loading and unloading. Website states they are professionals that also do professional packing. Not my experience. They not only randomly dumped items into boxes (without even using packing paper) but they lost hardware, stripped screws from furniture mounting, broke mini ornaments from a bag they knocked over of purchased Christmas items, broke the top off my
