Founded by Russ Rak in the early 1980's, Keys Plus started out as a small 200 sq foot, bathroom-less building in the Triangle Mall parking lot. It featured drive up locksmith services for which it became known for. With the success of the shop, Keys Plus outgrew its small building. Together with his new bride Norma, Russ moved the location just a few hundred yards away to the end space next to the Triangle Bowl.
Keys Plus lost its drive up services with this move, however it gained a showroom and perhaps most importantly, a bathroom. After just a few years in the new location, Keys Plus had outgrown its space yet again. Wanting the security and establishment Russ had always longed for, he fulfilled a dream and had his own full sized shop built from the ground up.
And that is where you'll find Keys Plus today, conveniently located between Ocean Beach Highway and Washington Way on 9th Ave. With the passing of Norma in 2011 and then Russ in 2012, Keys Plus remains Cowlitz County's preferred locksmiths under the ownership of Russ's daughter, Tabitha.

Services
Employees are well vetted, put through a background check, will be in company uniform so they are easily identified. Service vehicles are labeled. High Security locks such as Medeco (we are a registered Medeco dealer) are pick resistant. They are restricted access which means no unauthorized person (we check ID) can duplicate keys.
Locked your keys in your car? Lost your keys? No matter what kind of key you have Keys Plus can copy and or originate virtually any automotive key. This includes the fancy ones called Transponder keys (keys with chips inside). And we can even program them to your vehicle's specifications and do it all cheaper than the dealership will charge.
We at Keys Plus cannot express enough the importance of having quality locks and hardware on your home where you should feel your safest. Our professionals can come out to take a close look at your current locks, their quality, and if need be advise you on ways to make your home more secure. This includes garages, windows and outbuildings.
Very customer friendly and knowledgeable. They walked me precisely through the steps I needed to take in order for them to remake a key for my Blazer. Helpful people, can make keys from the codes the auto dealership gives you for your car instead of having to go and replace them all. After getting a used car from a local used car lot I needed a new key and remote.

I encountered Andrew during an extremely frustrating experience of having locked myself out of my car over 100 miles away from home. He did his job not only with a high level of knowledge & skill but also with tact & empathy towards a fellow human being who was struggling. The ladies and gentlemen at Keys Plus in Longview are amazing. They always have a smile on their faces and a friendly attitude towards everyone who walks through the door. Their prices are great. They deal with me a lot for work, but I've used them for my own personal key needs, and the review doesn't change based off of a personal or administrator view! Stopped into a local business to get copies Albuquerque and Zachary was kind enough to make the copies. This local business provides many services as you will see in the pictures provided. They now have added a cute little waiting area with coffee pot and civil service area for customers in case you need to wait.
