Tyrone came out and spent as much time as we needed to understand how solar works and provided a customized model of our costs and saving specific to our home. I am amazed that there is no initial cost for the system and no payments for the first year. I’m excited for the installation and becoming energy independent. I highly recommend Sun Solar.

I was so excited in the beginning about my solar, then started having my doubts when I wasn't able to understand my usages. The customer service team worked diligently with me to break down how it worked and thoroughly explained it, and made sure I understood it. I am so very pleased and they have redeemed my faith in sun solar. :) I greatly appreciate them taking the time to explain to me how it works until it finally clicked. We had a great initial experience. I had made several calls asking why our app shows a flat line and under our given capabilities. I was originally told that it was because it wasn't the summer sun yet. Well, that time has come and gone. We had a connection issue and had to have a tech out. Asked him and he immediately told us that the invertor… that was installed was too small. Now, 3 months later we still have no answer as to when we will be getting our correct invertor installed. I've been told I would receive call backs and nothing. We have had to pay electric bills that we should not

Sun Solar Team, Your tech William is magnificent!!! He know, and fixed\adjusted the issue I was having. He’s super knowledgable and friendly. It was awesome talking to him.
William make the Powerwall go from 11 out of 10 to 15 out of 10! The powerwall is doing it’s super awesome stuff now. It’s far more than just a battery backkup. It balances solar, grid, and Tesla car charging.

Since I reported the issue below, the service team has contacted me and are doing their best to ensure the issue is not going to happen again. They have also agreed to reimburse me for the service cost, as the issue found was due to incorrect installation.
I unfortunately have their system installed at my house. The frame is falling apart and I am concerned the panel is going to fall down from the roof. I called Sun Solar 2 days ago and they told me I would get a call back to schedule the service. I called again today and the explanation was that “they cannot put me in their schedule for service

I invested in solar panels in November of 2017. I love the panels. In terms of cost reduction, I used less than half the electricity that I had been using, even during severely cold weather. The energy audit that comes with Sun Solar is also resulting in a 51% reduction in energy loss. More than the the obvious benefit, the panels also protect my roof and add value to my property. Finally, I am concerned about global warming resulting from carbon. The panels greatly reduce my carbon footprint.
